Please read the following information carefully before using our service. Trading in financial instruments, and particularly in crypto-assets, involves significant risks and may result in the complete loss of your invested capital.

Service Status (No BaFin License)

VestChance GbR, the operator of TRADIC, offers no financial services within the meaning of the German Banking Act (KWG) or the Securities Institutions Act (WpIG). Our services include, in particular, No investment advice, no investment brokerage, and no financial portfolio management. We are therefore not licensed by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and are not subject to its supervision.

1. No investment advice—software use only

We are a technology provider and offer software that allows you to automate your own trading strategies. We do not provide recommendations on what or when to buy or sell. Every trading decision you make, as well as every configuration of your bots, is made at 100% your own responsibility.

2. Risk of total loss

Trading on financial markets, particularly in cryptocurrencies and other volatile assets, is highly speculative and can lead to total loss of the capital invested Please use this software only if you fully understand these risks and are willing to accept them. Never invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

3. Past performance is not a reliable indicator

The performance data (P&L) or backtest results displayed on our platform are based on historical market data. These are intended solely to illustrate how the software works from a technical standpoint. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy.

4. Technical Risks

Our software relies on external services, particularly on the stability of your broker’s and data providers’ API interfaces. Technical glitches, software errors, delays in order execution, or API connection failures may lead to unexpected results and losses. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such technical issues.

5. Market Risk

Financial markets are subject to constant fluctuations. The value of your investments can go up as well as down. Even proven strategies can result in losses during certain market phases. The use of automated strategies does not replace market monitoring and does not relieve you of the obligation to regularly monitor your trading activities.

6. Strategic risk

The strategies and parameters you choose have a significant impact on your bots’ performance. Even when using proven methods, there is always a risk of making the wrong decisions or encountering market conditions in which strategies do not work. You bear sole responsibility for the results of your bot configuration.

7. Crypto Risks

Crypto assets involve specific risks: high volatility, regulatory uncertainties, potential security vulnerabilities in blockchains or trading platforms, and the risk of cyberattacks. The security of your assets depends on the security measures implemented by your chosen broker. Be sure to familiarize yourself with their security standards in advance.

8. Counterparty risk

TRADIC does not hold client funds at any time. All assets remain with your respective broker. There is a risk that the broker may become insolvent or fall victim to a cyberattack. It is your responsibility to carefully select a trustworthy broker.

9. No deposit insurance

Crypto assets held with a broker are generally subject to no statutory deposit insurance such as bank deposits. Take the initiative to learn about the protection mechanisms and security measures your broker has in place.

10. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• the configuration and monitoring of your bots,
• the secure storage of your API keys,
• compliance with all tax obligations in your country.
