Cancellation Policy

Effective as of: March 15, 2026

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (VestChance GbR, Röhrhofsgasse 10, 01067 Dresden, email: info@vestchance.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract (e.g., the first bot launch) with your express consent and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
